Teaching a 3 Year Old To Play Minecraft
My best friend in the whole world is Murdoc. Of course that’s not his real name, but you may know him as Murdoc Loch if you play Trials HD or Trials Evolution on XBLA. He’s one of the best players in the world and was just featured in a developer made video for a custom track he made. Murdoc is married with with two kids, one of whom is Elliot, a cool young kid who is three years old, loves video games and recently discovered the world of Minecraft. Murdoc showed him a series of videos I made where I played Minecraft on hardcore mode trying to survive as long as I can while exploring and setting up a base of operations. Elliot LOVES these videos, and so now I’m starting a new series dedicated to him.
Elliot is one of the coolest, funniest, wackiest little kids I’ve ever met so over the coming weeks I’m planning a series of videos directed specifically to him where I’ll be playing Minecraft and teaching him how to make tools, build forts, discover the nether and more.
I don’t think anyone has ever done anything like this on youtube before so it should be a lot of fun, a really great experiment if you will. Hope you’ll stay tuned to see how my lessons for Elliot turn out.
